We are 3 brothers. We started CLEANT in 2014 and since then we personally run the brand. We hand make Premium quality clothing. We make everything locally, in Poland, European Union. We strive for our operations to be 100% sustainable as soon as possible. When you call us, it’s one of us picking up the phone.

CLEANT IS SUSTAINABILITY

We’re all aware that the way we choose to shop for clothing impacts the environment. Old generations would buy new garments every season, disposable-quality pieces fabricated on far-away continents. Today we realize that this *boomer* way of doing things causes the emission of billons of heavy particles none of us wants to breathe. This way of doing things harms us all and that’s why we need to change it. ACT NOW!

CLEANT approaches things differently. First of all, we don’t do seasonal collections. The idea behind releasing new garments every half a year is for you to want to buy new things every half a year. CLEANT makes PREMIUM quality clothes that you’ll wear for years and years to come. That’s also why we don’t do end-of-season sales. At the end of the day, what is the value of a piece you buy for half its price? Moreover, we make all our clothes locally, in Poland, Europe. Because of this the journey of a hoodie or a T-shirt between our production facility and your doorstep has the smallest carbon footprint possible. Don’t even imagine the emissions generated by shipping steel containers from other continents! We need to buy less, but of higher quality, longer-lasting clothes.

All our garments comply with the OEKO-TEX Standard 100 in the highest Class 1 (suitable even for infants). Additionally, we’re constantly working towards offering more and more clothes made from organic, GOTS-certified cotton yarn (GOTS = cotton sourcing using on average 62% less energy, 91% less blue water, 94% less greenhouse gases emissions, guarantees fair labour conditions, bans the usage of pesticides and genetically modified crops whatsoever, etc (More about GOTS cerfitication). Also the polyester strengthening we use to guarantee years of shape-keeping of our heavy cotton clothes is 100% recycled in more and more of our product lines.

But there’s more. Our products’ individual packaging is 100% recycled plastic and natural paper - all of which are 100% recyclable. When you buy a hoodie or pants at our online shop, you take it out of its box, put the stickers on your laptop of on your desk - all the rest goest to the plastic and paper recycling containers. They will now be recycled into new packaging or books, the Planet won’t even notice your purchase.

CLEANT IS PREMIUM QUALITY

Because we manufacture the fabrics as well as cut and sew everything locally, we can personally guarantee the Premium quality of our clothes. Since our inception in 2014 we’ve been analyzing and perfecting the production process. Additionally every garment goes through an individual quality control before it’s packed. That’s how the Premium quality of every CLEANT piece is repeatable and that’s why guaranteed by a 2-years warranty.

The fabrics we use for all our clothing is made in a nearby manufacture. This gives us the possibility to individually inspect the quality of every single batch. When this first quality inspection is complete, the material goes through a series of enhancement processes. These processes guarantee that the garment will maintain its form through years and its surface will remain intact. After this stage the fabrics goes through another quality inspection. After signing off the premium quality of the material, the big rolls of fabrics proceed to the cutting room, then on to human-powered sewing. When the production process is done, each piece goes through the final, individual quality control. Since day one our goal was for CLEANT to stand out because of its Premium quality. In part that’s why we mostly design simple, minimalistic clothing. We don’t need to show off, and neither do you. But when you put a CLEANT hoodie or T-shirt on, you can feel you’re wearing something special. It’s a piece someone put a whole lotta heart into.

CLEANT IS EVERYONE

The most important thing in our brand is something else, though. It’s you. It’s out of respect for you we don’t tell artificial, marketing stories. Our story is fact broadcasted live. It’s our efforts and errors, hopes and plans, our dream that you can be a part of through our social media. The true protagonist of our story is you. It’s the pictures you upload that define our instagram page (@cleant.it), it’s you we invite to have fun together. We create with you and for you.

For you also we create the collab projects that you guys love so much. Our first big collaboration was the one with Milka, an incredible brand, which made us realize that nothing is impossible as long as you believe it (and put an immense amount of effort into it - that too) Another, more recent collaborative project with ASUS Republic of Gamers in turn made us get to another level of production capabilities. The embroidered cyber-pattern on ROG hoodie PRO by CLEANT is up till this day something we look at with pride.

But this has only been the beginning. We’re beginning a new chapter in the history of CLEANT. It will be more fun, more product lines, more collabs, more organic cotton and recycled materials.
